Edward Lepre, C-SAPA (Ed)
President


Edward V. Lepre C-SAPA, the President of International Drug Detection, LLC (IDD), has more than 25 years of law enforcement and investigation experience. During his tenure of service as a police officer, Ed earned several awards and accommodations including being named as "Law Officer of the Year" in 1990. Since 1992, he has been in the drug free work industry and has earned the prestigious C-SAPA designation. In addition, Ed is a national award winning K-9 handler who has trained police patrol K-9s and narcotic drug detection K-9s. He and his experienced staff have conducted numerous searches onshore and offshore for many fortune 500 companies.

Ed has been selected by the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce as the "Small Business Person of the Year" in 2011.


Roxanne Lepre
Chief Financial Officer

Roxanne brings a wealth of experience in financial auditing and training to IDD. Prior to assuming her position as CFO, Roxanne served as a third party trainer for VA Hospitals. As a retired Air Force MSGT, she is task and result oriented and understands the value of discipline.

Perry Chighizola (P.J.)
K-9 Supervisor

In 2009, P.J. was a member of the IDD K-9 Team that swept the private security division of NNDDA (National Narcotic Detector Dog Association). Prior to joining IDD in 2002, P.J., who was a nationally registered and certified EMT, served as the Assistant Fire Chief of Grand Isle where he was awarded firefighter of the year in 1998. In addition, he is a DATIA certified collector and collector trainer for DOT drug testing. P.J., who served for eight years as a police officer, has played an important role in the growth of IDD.

Michael Prestenback (Mike)
Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Mike leads a team of technicians on various assignments that range from offshore drug and alcohol testing to K-9 searches at refineries. Along with his expertise as a dog handler, Mike is a certified collector and trainer. He has completed several DATIA courses and is a licensed private investigator. Mike joined IDD in January 2008.

Scott VanderMeer
Operations Manager

After retiring from professional baseball, Scott joined IDD in 2009. His hard work, commitment, and dedication earned him a promotion to Operations Manager. Scott is a certified drug and alcohol collector along with being a certified Fire Fighter (Florida) - Fire I, Fire II, and Hazmat.

C. Gerard Lepre (Jerry)
Vice President of HR

In addition to his success with IDD, Jerry is a published author of several self-help books including "44 EZ Solutions to Stretch and Conserve Your Dollar" (Pelican Publishing 2010), "God's Money-Back Guarantee - The Seven Steps to Financial Security" (Pelican Publishing 1994) and "Smell the Popcorn - 12 Life Changing Secrets to Empower Success". Jerry, who was named in Who's Who of New Orleans in 1988, joined IDD in 2006 after serving as the Assistant Vice President of the fastest growing HMO in Lousiana and Director for the largest HMO in the South. He is also a contributor to the DATIA Journal Magazine and earned the "Key to the City" of New Orleans for academic excellence.

Marcella Lepre Joyce
Accounts Receivable

Prior to joining IDD in 2000, Marcella had extensive experience with financial institutions. During her 10-year tenure with IDD, she has served in several roles and now manages IDD’s accounts receivable department. Marcella is a certified trainer and collector for Drug and Alcohol testing. She has successfully completed various DATIA training courses.

Robyn Delorenzo
MRO Assistant

Robyn, who joined IDD in September of 2006, has played an important part in IDD's tremendous growth. In the past five years, this New Orleans native has successfully completed several DATIA continuing education courses. Prior to joining IDD, Robyn served seven years in the medical field.

FEATURED SERVICES

 

Federal DOT mandates that only the following five drugs be tested for: amphetamines, cocaine, cannabinoids, opiates, and phencyclidine. Additional drugs beyond these five are considered non-DOT drug panels and must be tested separately. For clients that are not federally mandated they can choose what drugs they want for the testing panel and how many.
