Letter from Ed

I would like to thank you for the support you have given to me and to IDD during our first decade of service. As we begin our 14th year, the goal, as always remains to help our clients achieve a safe drug free workplace.

In 1997, when I started IDD, I built the company on my commitment to offer my clients the highest level of service at a fair price. This commitment has not, and will not, change. In fact, we have taken it to the next level by opening our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters and adding a mobile collection vehicle to our fleet.

As America faces unprecedented economic challenges, IDD, through cost-effective planning, will continue to provide the highest level of service while maintaining cost to you, our clients.

Most of all, IDD is ready to serve you. My original and expanding commitment to professionalism has created a corporate culture that strives for excellence. My staff is here to help you and your organization reach your goal of creating a safe and drug-free workplace.

I, along with my dedicated team, look forward to helping you fight against illegal drugs and alcohol abuse. We are here, 24/7, when you need us.

"A Better Business is a Drug-Free Business."

Federal DOT mandates that only the following five drugs be tested for: amphetamines, cocaine, cannabinoids, opiates, and phencyclidine. Additional drugs beyond these five are considered non-DOT drug panels and must be tested separately. For clients that are not federally mandated they can choose what drugs they want for the testing panel and how many.
